Superintendência Regional do Trabalho facilita acesso dos trabalhadores ao Seguro-Desemprego

A Superintendência Regional do Trabalho e Emprego em Pernambuco (SRTb-PE) informa à sociedade que está atenta à situação de emergência global em decorrência da pandemia causada pelo Coronavírus (Covid-19) e às suas consequências no estado de Pernambuco.

Neste sentido, uma questão fundamental é a do acesso ao Seguro-Desemprego. Tendo em vista as determinações e as orientações dos órgãos públicos em relação à necessidade de isolamento social, é urgente uma ampla divulgação do “SeguroDesemprego WEB”, ferramenta que está em funcionamento desde o final de 2019 e permite ao trabalhador requerer o seu benefício pela internet, sem a necessidade de procurar um atendimento presencial.

Essa ferramenta já vinha sendo divulgada, mas, no
contexto atual, sua divulgação é fundamental para minimizar a exposição do trabalhador ao COVID-19 e garantir o seu acesso ao seguro. Enfim, o trabalhador que foi demitido pode dar entrada via Internet, aportando os documentos necessários e preenchendo suas informações pessoais em um formulário eletrônico.

Para solicitar o seguro desemprego via Internet, basta acessar https://www.gov.br/ptbr/servicos/solicitar-o-seguro-desemprego.

A SRT/PE, para apoiar nesse processo, está disponibilizando três canais para orientação e retirada de dúvidas. O primeiro, por telefone, através do número (81) 3427-7981; o segundo, por whatsapp, através do contato com o número (81) 99960-1213; e o terceiro por e-mail, através do contato com o seguinte endereço trabalho.pe@mte.gov.br
