Edson Vieira anuncia investimentos de R$ 1,7 milhão para saúde pública de Santa Cruz do Capibaribe

O prefeito de Santa Cruz do Capibaribe Edson Vieira (PSDB), anunciou nesta quinta-feira (14), investimentos para saúde pública do município na ordem de R$ 1,7 milhão. Foi assinada ordem de serviço para construção de quatro Unidades Básicas de Saúde, implantação de atendimento odontológico na UBS do centro da cidade e no AME Infantil Doutor Adilson Bezerra de Souza início dos serviços de fisioterapia e reabilitação infantil, além do teste da orelhinha.

As UBSs terão recursos do município em convênio com Governo Federal, através de emendas parlamentares. As unidades serão construídas nos bairros Nova Santa Cruz, Dona Lica II, Santa Filomena e Acauã.

“Hoje temos a satisfação de anunciar diversos investimentos para saúde pública de Santa Cruz do Capibaribe. Estamos Implantando o centro de reabilitação de fisioterapia para crianças com microcefalia, teste da orelhinha, atendimento odontológico e assinatura da ordem de serviço para construção de quatro novas Unidades Básicas de Saúde. Isso só é possível, porque temos comprometimento e uma equipe competente que trata a saúde pública com prioridade e seriedade”, disse o prefeito Edson Vieira.

O secretário de saúde Breno Feitoza, falou da ampliação dos serviços realizados no AME Infantil. “Independente do investimento de 1,7 milhão para construção de quatro Unidades Básicas de Saúde, o que mais toca o nosso coração é o serviço humanizado que o AME Infantil realiza para população. Graças a um grande trabalho realizado pela gestão do prefeito Edson Vieira. A partir da próxima semana iniciaremos aqui mais duas importantes atividades, o centro de reabilitação infantil e aplicação de testes da orelhinha para crianças recém-nascidas. Nossa equipe entende que cuidar de crianças é olhar com carinho para o futuro”, destacou o secretário.

“É muito difícil ir até outra cidade em busca de serviços para crianças com microcefalia. Nas viagens, minha filha fica estressada e agitada, chora bastante, não deixa realizar a fisioterapia, isso certamente prejudica no desenvolvimento dela. Com esses procedimentos realizados aqui, essas perturbações vão acabar”, relatou Angélica Pereira, mãe de criança com microcefalia.

A dona de casa e mãe de crianças com microcefalia Carla Munique, contou o ganho em poder fazer exames e fisioterapia em Santa Cruz do Capibaribe. “É muito cansativo sair de casa logo cedo, as crianças ficam cansadas e querendo dormir, com o apoio que teremos aqui na AME Infantil, esse problema vai acabar”, frisou a dona de casa.

Além do teste da orelhinha e do centro de reabilitação, a AME Infantil Doutor Adilson Bezerra de Souza conta com serviços de psicologia, terapeuta ocupacional, sala de vacinas, psicopedagogo, fonoaudióloga, enfermeiros, neuropediatra e realiza teste do pezinho.
