Bora Empreender Mulher: governadora Raquel Lyra lança linha de crédito para empreendedoras

As mulheres empreendedoras de Pernambuco poderão receber um suporte para os seus negócios através de uma nova iniciativa lançada pelo Governo do Estado, através da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Profissional e Empreendedorismo de Pernambuco (Sedepe) e da Secretaria da Mulher. Em evento nesta quinta-feira (23), no Recife, a governadora Raquel Lyra lançou o Bora Empreender Mulher, uma modalidade do programa Bora Empreender específica para a população feminina. A iniciativa vai ofertar uma linha de crédito em duas categorias, de até R$ 4 mil e de até R$ 8 mil, por beneficiária, além de oferecer cursos de qualificação. Ao lado da vice-governadora Priscila Krause, a governadora assinou a autorização para o início do programa. O Bora Empreender Mulher pode chegar a liberar até R$ 105 milhões e a estimativa é que sejam realizadas até 35 mil operações de crédito. O cadastro é feito pelo site sedepe.pe.gov.br.

“Pernambuco é um Estado que tem uma força cultural imensa e um potencial extraordinário da sua gente. Mas, historicamente, as mulheres foram deixadas de lado. E agora a gente lança o Bora Empreender Mulher, um programa que alia qualificação empreendedora a microcrédito, permitindo que as mulheres possam alavancar o seu próprio negócio e abrir novas oportunidades de trabalho. É uma chance para a gente ver os lares, especialmente os chefiados por mulheres, se desenvolverem, trazendo mais qualidade de vida para as famílias”, destacou a governadora Raquel Lyra.

O microcrédito será destinado para mulheres que pretendem começar o próprio negócio e para aquelas que desejam melhorar o desempenho de um empreendimento que já possuem. A primeira etapa do cronograma tem início ainda neste mês de novembro. “Nós, da Secretaria da Mulher, contribuímos semanalmente para a melhoria de uma plataforma de ciência de dados que está ajudando o Estado a promover a equidade de gênero. Transversalidade, uso de tecnologia na gestão pública, tudo isso tem sido feito em prol das mulheres de Pernambuco nesse programa e em outras iniciativas”, frisou a secretária da Mulher, Mariana Melo.

O ticket médio oferecido pelo programa será de R$ 3 mil por beneficiária e os financiamentos serão concedidos por meio de recursos próprios da Agência de Empreendedorismo de Pernambuco (AGE). “O programa Bora Empreender já existia, e aí a gente pensou em alguma coisa que pudesse ser mais ampla e bem direcionada. Fizemos um mapeamento com indicadores estatísticos do mercado de trabalho. Feito isso, construímos as linhas de capacitação e identificamos como a gente poderia entrar com a linha de crédito”, registrou a presidente da AGE, Angella Mochel.

Poderão ser beneficiadas todas as empreendedoras formais ou informais do Estado, pessoas físicas e jurídicas, que concluam a trilha de qualificação montada pela Sedepe. O crédito poderá ser liberado de duas formas. Na primeira, de até R$ 4 mil, para empreendedoras informais, com até 10 meses para pagar. Na segunda, de até R$ 8 mil, para Microempreendedora Individual (MEI), Microempresa (ME) e Empresa de Pequeno Porte (EPP) com até 12 meses para quitar o financiamento. Em ambos os casos, haverá análise cadastral e de crédito da beneficiária, sendo obrigatória a apresentação do certificado de conclusão do curso realizado.

Para solicitar o microcrédito por meio do programa, as empreendedoras devem realizar anteriormente os cursos de qualificação que vão gerar a certificação. Essa capacitação será oferecida em parceria com a associação educativa Junior Achievement Pernambuco (JA Pernambuco). Esta primeira etapa, que vai de novembro de 2023 a março de 2024, pretende beneficiar 500 mulheres, divididas em três grupos. Os conteúdos ministrados compreendem conhecimentos em marketing, finanças, vendas, ferramentas gerenciais e direcionamentos para utilização consciente de crédito, entre outros.

Os Grupos 1 e 2 vão contemplar o total de 400 participantes, que receberão capacitação no formato EAD, com carga horária de 10h distribuídas em quatro aulas para cada turma. Nesta modalidade, haverá oito turmas de 25 pessoas. Já o Grupo 3 será qualificado no formato presencial, em seis encontros com carga horária de 1h30 cada, totalizando nove horas de aula para cada turma. Este grupo será composto por 100 participantes, distribuídos em cinco turmas.

Neste primeiro momento, o cronograma de capacitação será voltado para empreendedoras dos municípios de Recife, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Olinda, São Lourenço da Mata, Paulista e Cabo de Santo Agostinho, na Região Metropolitana, Caruaru, no Agreste, e Petrolina, no Sertão. As referidas cidades estão entre as dez com índices de violência mais elevados em Pernambuco, de acordo com dados da Secretaria de Defesa Social (SDS). Até o final de 2026, o Bora Empreender Mulher deverá oferecer o total de 37 mil vagas de qualificação para mulheres em todo o Estado.

Estiveram presentes no lançamento os secretários estaduais Ana Maraísa (Administração), Hercílio Mamede (Casa Militar), Ana Luiza Ferreira (Meio Ambiente, Sustentabilidade e Fernando de Noronha) e Daniel Coelho (Turismo e Lazer). Também participaram do evento a prefeita de Cumaru, Mariana Medeiros; a vereadora do Recife Michelle Collins; a reitora da Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE), Socorro Cavalcanti; e o superintendente do Sebrae, Murilo Guerra.
