Finanças, gestão responsável e parcerias: Seminário Novos Gestores aborda soluções para o desenvolvimento dos municípios pernambucanos

A Associação Municipalista de Pernambuco (Amupe) promoverá o Seminário Novos Gestores. Com o tema “Gestão que Transforma”, o evento é voltado especialmente para os prefeitos e prefeitas escolhidos pela população nas eleições de 2024 para a legislatura 2025 – 2028. O Seminário acontecerá nos dias 11 e 12 de novembro, no Hotel Canários de Gravatá.

Mais do que um espaço de aprendizado técnico, o Seminário Novos Gestores também se configura como uma oportunidade para fomentar redes colaborativas, preparando os novos prefeitos para a realização de uma administração eficaz, voltada para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico de toda a população. Na tarde dia 11, recém-eleitos participarão de painéis sobre finanças; responsabilidade na gestão pública; programas de habitação; e construção de parcerias estratégicas com o Governo Federal.

Às 14h00, no painel “Finanças Municipais” serão abordados temas como pacto federativo e autonomia dos municípios. O painel será conduzido pelo professor da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Eduardo Grin; o consultor da Confederação Nacional dos Municípios, Eduardo Stranz; e o prefeito de Águas Belas e presidente do Consórcio dos Municípios Pernambucanos, Luiz Aroldo, que abordará a importância dos consórcios na redução dos custos das gestões. Na sequência, às 15h15, a equipe jurídica da Amupe, composta pelos advogados Vadson Almeida; João Batista e Marcos Alencar, conduzirão o painel “Gestão Responsável” tratando de temas como responsabilidade fiscal, gestão de pessoal, previdência e continuidade dos serviços públicos.

A partir das 16h30, uma equipe da presidência da Caixa Econômica Federal vai falar das principais novidades e esclarecer dúvidas referentes aos programas de habitação do banco federal. Encerrando a programação do primeiro dia, às 17h00, o assessor especial da Secretaria de Relações Institucionais da Presidência da República, Mozart Sales, vai falar sobre a importância do fortalecimento das parcerias entre União e municípios.

SOBRE O SEMINÁRIO – O Seminário Novos Gestores é promovido pela Amupe desde o ano de 2012, tradicionalmente após a definição das eleições para prefeito no Estado de Pernambuco. Neste ano o evento contará com a participação de órgãos e entidades, como a Confederação Nacional dos Municípios (CNM); Serviço de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae/PE) e diversas instituições parceiras como o Governo do Estado; Caixa Econômica; Banco do Brasil e Governo Federal. O evento contará ainda com a presença da Governadora Raquel Lyra.
