TCE aponta gastos abusivos feitos pela Prefeitura de Saloá

Recentemente, o Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE) emitiu um parecer técnico alarmante sobre a administração da Prefeitura de Saloá, revelando uma série de irregularidades que levantam sérias preocupações sobre a gestão pública e a transparência nas contratações. O documento, resultado de uma auditoria realizada após uma denúncia, aponta para fraudes em diversas dispensas de licitação, contratos sem licitação e preços exorbitantes em compras realizadas pela gestão Júnior de Rivaldo.

Entre as irregularidades mais graves, destaca-se a locação de veículos, onde a prefeitura firmou contratos sem a devida licitação, resultando em um aumento de mais de R$ 400 mil em comparação ao contrato anterior. O total gasto com essa locação alcançou a impressionante cifra de R$ 3.094.783,20, levantando suspeitas sobre a legalidade e a necessidade dessas contratações. Além disso, foram identificadas irregularidades na compra de chapéus de palha para o evento “São João”. A prefeitura adquiriu 1.250 unidades sem realizar o processo licitatório, gastando mais de R$ 20 mil, enquanto o valor de mercado para essa quantidade seria de apenas R$ 5 mil.

Outro ponto crítico abordado pelo TCE refere-se a uma licitação em que os preços estavam inflacionados de maneira alarmante. Um jogo da memória infantil, que no mercado custa R$ 26,56, foi orçado pela prefeitura a R$ 163,30, representando um aumento de 514%. Da mesma forma, quadros brancos, que têm um preço médio de  R$ 79,84 foram orçados em R$ 898,50, um aumento de 1.025%. Essas práticas comprometem a confiança da população na administração municipal.

O TCE também está investigando os contratos com os artistas que se apresentaram no “São João”, questionando quem realmente foi responsável por essas contratações. A falta de clareza e a opacidade em relação a esses contratos apenas aumentam as suspeitas sobre a gestão do atual prefeito.
