Um substitutivo apresentado pelo deputado Antônio Coelho na Comissão de Finanças, Orçamento e Tributação da Assembleia Legislativa sobre o pedido de empréstimo de R$ 1,5 bilhão enviado pelo Governo de Pernambuco, pode comprometer os investimentos estruturadores a serem realizados pelo Poder Executivo. Entre obras estruturadoras que podem ser impactadas estão o Arco Metropolitano, a duplicação da BR-232 de São Caetano a Serra Talhada, além de obras de recuperação de rodovias, dentro do programa PE na Estrada.
“A governadora Raquel Lyra conseguiu organizar os investimentos e a economia pernambucana, alcançando a Capag B, investindo em obras na recuperação das rodovias, hospitais públicos, além da melhora do abastecimento de água. Mudar o planejamento pensando por quem realmente investe é comprometer o desenvolvimento de Pernambuco e fazer com que ações pensadas não tenham o resultado devido, a partir das escolhas do governo”, destacou a deputada e líder do governo, Socorro Pimentel.
De acordo com a parlamentar, seguindo um trabalho de arrumação da economia e das finanças de Pernambuco, o governo da governadora Raquel Lyra pode ter o planejamento do Plano Plurianual comprometido caso os investimentos não sigam o que foi estabelecido na legislação. Com investimentos pensados e elaborados em constante diálogo com os municípios pernambucanos, as ações pensadas a partir do empréstimo de R$ 1,5 bilhão foram construídas em diálogo constante com os prefeitos e prefeitas de todas as regiões do Estado, além da escuta do Ouvir para Mudar, realizado em 2023.
“O objetivo do Governo de Pernambuco com o empréstimo é garantir recursos para o execução de projetos estruturadores, sempre levando em consideração as demandas municipais e regionais”, finalizou a líder do Governo.
