Pernambuco uniu forças e expertises com estados vizinhos e, apresenta os resultados positivos de três megaoperações de segurança pública, realizadas nas divisas com a Paraíba e a Bahia. O marco histórico alcançado entre os entes federativos nordestinos teve um único objetivo: combater a criminalidade e proporcionar a segurança para a população das regiões alvo.
Intitulado Vale do São Francisco Seguro I, o primeiro lançamento aconteceu no dia 17 de maio. Esta foi considerada a maior operação conjunta executada pela Secretaria de Defesa Social (SDS) de Pernambuco e a Secretaria de Segurança Pública da Bahia (SSP-BA), no intuito de combater a criminalidade na região, ocorrendo de forma simultânea nos municípios de Petrolina e Juazeiro.
Uma semana depois, no dia 24 de maio, foi a vez da SDS juntar forças com a Secretaria da Segurança e da Defesa Social da Paraíba, deflagrando a operação “Divisa Integrada”, com lançamento dos dois efetivos em Goiana (PE) e, em seguida, em Pedra de Fogo (PB). Mais recentemente, em 26 de julho, Pernambuco e Bahia estiveram juntas, mais uma vez, para colocar em prática a Operação Vale do São Francisco Seguro II.
No total, foram empregados cerca de 2 mil agentes de segurança, que trabalharam de forma integrada e incansavelmente, resultando em 82 prisões em flagrante, no cumprimento de mandados diversos, na desarticulação de grupos criminosos, na apreensão de drogas, de armas e celulares, bem como na recuperação de veículos, dentre outras ações de combate aos crimes.
A cobertura do policiamento incluiu as áreas consideradas de alta criminalidade, locais de grande fluxo, centros comerciais, setores bancários, orlas, parques, ciclovias e ciclofaixas, áreas de lazer e espaços de convivência. Houve ainda ações de prevenção nas escolas, bem como atuação em ações preventivas através de campanhas como Alerta Celular e de combate à Violência Contra Mulher.
“Agradecemos fortemente o apoio e o comprometimento do efetivo dos estados vizinhos e de nossos irmãos pernambucanos, que não mediram esforços para combater a criminalidade nas áreas das divisas”, pontuou o secretário de Defesa Social, Alessandro Carvalho. Com uma atuação integrada desde as reuniões estratégicas, para definição do planejamento operacional, a secretária Executiva da SDS enalteceu os resultados obtidos. “Um trabalho árduo, realizado de forma intensa por dias seguidos, mas que trouxe resultados efetivos, que podem ser traduzidos pelos números alcançados”, reforçou Dominique de Castro Oliveira, que atuou na linha de frente das operações.
Uma integração fundamental para o êxito das ações é o apoio de órgãos, como a Polícia Rodoviária Federal, o Detran-PE, o Ministério Público, o Poder Judiciário, a Defensoria Pública, a Vigilância Sanitária, dentre outros, parceiros.
REFORÇO AÉREO – Presentes nas três operações integradas, o apoio do Grupamento Tático Aéreo (GTA) de Pernambuco, e das aeronaves da Bahia e da Paraíba, foram imprescindíveis para os resultados alcançados.
Confira os principais resultados das operações PE/PB – PE/BA I – PE/BA II:
• 82 prisões em flagrante;• 84 pessoas detidas e conduzidas para a Delegacia de Polícia Civil;
• 36 mandados de prisão cumpridos;
• 63 mandados de busca e apreensão cumpridos;
• 52 Termos Circunstanciados de Ocorrência (TCOs);
• 86 celulares apreendidos;
• 23 armas de fogo retiradas de circulação;
• 15 kg de entorpecentes apreendidos.
