Rodrigo Pinheiro inova ao implantar modelo inédito no país com a inauguração do Centro de Formação, Referência e Pesquisa da Primeira Infância

Desde o último sábado (27) que Caruaru passou a dispor de um equipamento inédito no país e que promete transformar para melhor a vida das crianças caruaruenses com até seis anos: o Centro de Formação e Referência da Primeira Infância. Implantado pelo prefeito Rodrigo Pinheiro, no bairro Maurício de Nassau, o Centro conseguiu reunir em um único local, no antigo Centro Educacional Montessori, o tripé que une atividades essenciais para o desenvolvimento da pauta da primeira infância.

São elas: formação integral e intersetorial, com salas especialmente equipadas e mobiliadas com estruturas únicas, para formar servidores das mais diversas áreas de atuação, como: saúde, assistência social, educação e políticas para mulheres; pesquisa e desenvolvimento com local para o desenvolvimento de estudos e planos integrados a partir da parceria com universidades, setor público e terceiro setor; além de serviços de referência com atendimento orientado a crianças especiais, a exemplos da hidroterapia e do pátio naturalizado, aproximando a criança da natureza, que é um exemplo de política pública reconhecida nacionalmente.

“Por tudo isso, este Centro de Formação, Referência e Pesquisa da Primeira Infância é único no Brasil, pois envolveu as melhores práticas existentes no país em um único equipamento de caráter intersetorial e transversal. Deste modo, o prefeito Rodrigo Pinheiro resgata mais um equipamento histórico da região Agreste do Estado, entregando mais uma iniciativa inovadora e transformadora para esta e futuras gerações, reforçando também o desempenho da cidade, que hoje é considerada a mais acessível em termos de Educação em relação aos municípios pernambucanos com populações acima dos 80 mil habitantes”, ressaltou a secretária de Educação e Esportes de Caruaru (Seduc), Aline Tiburcio.

Administrado pela Seduc Caruaru, ele também conta com as atuações integradas de secretarias municipais como as de Desenvolvimento Social e Direitos Humanos, de Políticas para Mulheres e de Saúde. Este Centro representa mais um grande avanço em relação às ações e iniciativas implantadas pelo governo Rodrigo Pinheiro em prol da primeira infância na cidade.

Neste contexto, em 2023, foi aprovado: o primeiro Plano Municipal pela Primeira Infância (PMPI) de Caruaru (Lei 6.994, de 03 de abril de 2023); o programa de Primeira Infância de Caruaru (Princ) (Decreto 054, de 01 de agosto de 2023); e o Comitê das Crianças (Decreto 066, de 31 de agosto de 2023). Já no início deste ano foi implantada a gerência da Primeira Infância, ancorada na Secretaria de Educação e Esportes de Caruaru.
