O deputado federal Eduardo da Fonte, juntamente com o deputado estadual Joel da Harpa, abonaram a ficha de filiação partidária de Kelly da Harpa.

Esposa do deputado Joel da Harpa, Kelly tem cumprido um importante papel no seguimento evangélico no projeto Juntos Somos Fortes com Jesus. No Recife, tem apoiado vários projetos sociais, dentre eles, a Casa Abrigo Novo Rebanho, instituição que toma conta de dezenas de crianças carentes no bairro de Jardim São Paulo.

A pré-candidata a vereadora do Recife é apoiadora do seu esposo nas ações com as categorias de segurança pública. Kelly da Harpa, pretende ser uma voz feminina forte na Casa José Mariano, representando as mulheres do Recife.
