Governo Raquel Lyra já garantiu a mais de 2 mil famílias entrada de R$ 20 mil na compra da casa própria

Pernambuco ultrapassou a marca de duas mil famílias contempladas com o programa Morar Bem Entrada Garantida. No total, a iniciativa do Governo do Estado ajudou, até o momento, 2.099 pernambucanas e pernambucanos com um crédito de R$ 20 mil para dar entrada na casa própria. Dessas famílias com o subsídio concedido, 57% são chefiadas por mulheres, de acordo com um levantamento feito pelos técnicos do Entrada Garantida.

“É com muito orgulho que ultrapassamos essa marca de duas mil famílias que estão realizando o sonho da casa própria através do Entrada Garantida. A habitação de interesse social é uma das prioridades da nossa gestão. Não estamos apenas entregando uma obra de cimento e cal, mas garantindo que milhares de pessoas tenham uma moradia digna para morar, criar os filhos e viver dias melhores”, afirmou a governadora Raquel Lyra.

A modalidade Entrada Garantida concede subsídio de R$ 20 mil na compra do primeiro imóvel para famílias com renda de até dois salários mínimos. O objetivo do Governo do Estado, por meio da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação (Seduh), é viabilizar recursos para a compra da casa própria para 40 mil famílias até 2026.

“Isso significa muito para a nossa economia e para essas famílias que tiveram acesso à moradia com o subsídio do Governo do Estado. A gente está perseguindo a meta de 10 mil famílias contempladas ainda este ano. Temos ainda 8 mil famílias que podem ser contempladas com o Entrada Garantida”, declarou o diretor-presidente da Companhia Estadual de Habitação e Obras (Cehab), Paulo Lira.

O subsídio é pago pela gestão estadual em parceria com a Caixa Econômica Federal. O beneficiário também fica isento das taxas do Imposto sobre Transmissão de Bens Imóveis (ITBI), de Escritura e do Registro de Propriedade. Já os imóveis devem ter o valor de mercado de até R$ 190 mil e estarem inseridos no programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, do governo federal.

Há mais de 61 mil inscritos no Entrada Garantida até o momento. Atualmente, mais de 6 mil imóveis estão listados na vitrine do programa para compra em 85 empreendimentos, distribuídos em 13 municípios. São eles Abreu e Lima, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Camaragibe, Igarassu, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Paulista e São Lourenço da Mata, no Grande Recife; Belo Jardim, Caruaru, Garanhuns e Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, no Agreste; e Petrolina, no Sertão.

GERAÇÃO DE EMPREGO – Além de ampliar as habitações de interesse social, o Morar Bem Entrada garantida também gera um impacto direto no desenvolvimento econômico de Pernambuco. Dados da Associação das Empresas do Mercado Imobiliário (Ademi) mostram que a iniciativa do Governo do Estado tem o potencial de atrair investimentos de R$ 4 bilhões, oriundos do FGTS, aquecendo a indústria da construção civil e incentivando a geração de mais de 72 mil empregos diretos e indiretos.

MODALIDADES – O programa Morar Bem engloba ainda outras modalidades. Uma delas é a de regularização fundiária, que já garantiu 5,3 mil títulos de propriedade para famílias pernambucanas. Outra é a retomada da construção de habitacionais inacabados. O Governo Raquel Lyra entregou as chaves de 700 unidades: Canal do Jordão, em Jaboatão dos Guararapes (272 unidades), Mulheres de Tejucupapo, no Recife (232), e Severino Quirino, em Caruaru (196).

Recentemente, foi lançado o Morar Bem Reforma no Lar, modalidade que irá oferecer reparos nas residências chefiadas por mulheres em regiões vulneráveis de Pernambuco. Serão investidos R$ 50 milhões para financiar obras de até R$ 18 mil. A primeira comunidade selecionada para ser beneficiada pelo programa foi a de Peixinhos, em Olinda. Até o momento, a Cehab fez o cadastro de 561 imóveis.
