Eleições OAB-PE: Ingrid Zanella dispara com 45, 4% de intenção de votos

A advogada e professora Ingrid Zanella 45,4% e Almir Reis 29,1%. Brancos e nulos 7,1% . Não soube responder 18,4%. Se as eleições para presidente da Ordem dos Advogados de Pernambuco-OAB- PE fossem hoje, a pré-candidata Ingrid Zanella, nome apresentado pela situação ao pleito de 18 de novembro, estaria eleita com grande margem de diferença.

Segundo análises de alguns grupos entusiastas da disputa com Zanella, “essa é a maior diferença já vista numa disputa entre a situação e a oposição, em pesquisas de intenção de votos entre pré-candidatos em um pleito da OAB-PE, nos últimos 20 anos”.

O Instituto Teorema ( ex- CIPEC -Centro Integrado de Pesquisas e Comunicação) , com mais de 16 anos de experiência no mercado de pesquisas de opinião, com trabalhos realizados em todas as regiões do Brasil, ouviu advogadas e advogados pernambucanos, inscritos na Ordem, nos últimos dias, de 7 a 9 , a fim de avaliar o cenário eleitoral e imagem das potenciais chapas e candidatos à presidência da OAB Pernambuco. Apresentado a esses um cenário imaginado e que é cogitado nos variados segmentos da advocacia local, tendo Ingrid Zanella como Presidente , com os apoios de Fernando Ribeiro, atual presidente da OAB-PE e Bruno Baptista , ex-presidente, considerados grandes “eleitores” e impulsionadores de votos. Zanella dispara com 45,4% da intenção de votos.

Tendo o mesmo cenário , como opositor, o advogado Almir Reis, perdedor das eleições para presidente da OAB_PE, no último pleito da categoria e que já anunciou que volta a tentar a presidência , tendo os apoios dos advogados Renato Saraiva e Fernando Júnior, da OAB Caruaru, alcança apenas 29.1% dos votos.

Fernando Ribeiro Lins : puxador de votos

Ingrid Zanella atuou como vice-presidente na gestão de Fernando Ribeiro Lins, Presidente que alcança bons índices de avaliação positiva e se constitui em um excelente puxador de votos para a chapa que apoia: 46.8% afirmam ser sua gestão positiva; 24.8% regular; 18.4% negativa e não responderam 9,9%.

Quando avaliada a atuação de toda diretoria da OAB-PE nesse período da Ordem comandada por Fernando e Ingrid Zanella na presidência, 22 % a creditam como ótima; 25,5% como boa; 26,2% como Regular; 6,4% como ruim; 9,9% como péssima e 9,9 % não souberam responder.

Pesquisa e metodologia

A pesquisa quantitativa foi realizada via telefone ( IVR) de 07 a 09 últimos, com 400 entrevistados , sendo todos inscritos na OAB-PE, a fim de avaliar o cenário eleitoral à Presidência da OAB- PE. A margem de erro , para mais ou menos é de 4,9%.
