A prefeita Eduarda Gouveia dará, nesta quinta-feira (10) a ordem de serviço para a reforma e ampliação da Escola Eliane Carneiro, localizada no bairro Senzala. A obra contará com um investimento de quase R$ 2 milhões e inclui a construção de uma quadra poliesportiva coberta, beneficiando diretamente alunos, professores e toda a comunidade escolar.
A iniciativa faz parte do compromisso da gestão municipal em fortalecer a educação, oferecendo uma estrutura moderna, segura e mais digna para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
A reforma contemplará salas de aula, espaços administrativos, banheiros, acessibilidade, além de melhorias na infraestrutura elétrica e hidráulica. A quadra coberta será um marco para o incentivo ao esporte, permitindo a realização de atividades físicas com conforto e segurança durante todo o ano.
