A Prefeitura de Camaragibe, através da Secretaria de Segurança Pública, confirmou, nesta quarta-feira (04/06), que a Terra dos Camarás vai sediar, em 2026, a 9ª edição do Encontro Norte-Nordeste de Guardas Municipais (Enneguam). O objetivo do evento, que recentemente ocorreu em São Luís, no Maranhão, é discutir políticas públicas de segurança com foco no uso da tecnologia, prevenção social e integração comunitária e com as polícias estaduais.

O anúncio foi feito pelo prefeito Diego Cabral, que destacou a importância do evento na cidade. “Recebemos essa boa notícia, por meio da Secretaria de Segurança Pública e da Guarda Civil Municipal, e vamos sediar em 2026 este importante encontro de guardas civis a nível Norte-Nordeste. De acordo com o Coronel Marcílio Rossini, secretário de Segurança Pública de Camaragibe, a próxima edição do Enneguam vai tratar temas específicos, tendo em vista que cada encontro aborda assuntos distintos de forma democrática e diante das demandas e soluções do setor da segurança pública nos grandes centros urbanos. Ele destacou que a Guarda Civil Municipal tem reforçado seu quadro de servidores, se atualizado ao longo dos anos e consolidando seu papel de defesa da população e do patrimônio público, sobretudo com os recursos tecnológicos, o trabalho de prevenção e a integração comunitária com outros órgãos de segurança.

“Atualmente, vemos cada vez mais a tecnologia ser um vetor muito importante no auxílio do combate à criminalidade nos grandes centros urbanos.
