A governadora em exercício Priscila Krause visitou, nesta quinta-feira (20), no Recife, a residência da professora Cláudia Barrozo, pernambucana que realizou o sonho da casa própria com o Morar Bem PE, iniciativa do Governo de Pernambuco criada em 2023 com o objetivo de garantir o direito à moradia digna à população do Estado. Localizado no bairro da Guabiraba, na Zona Norte da capital, o apartamento de Cláudia, que também é mãe de uma criança atípica, fica no Residencial Parque Recife, empreendimento com 500 unidades residenciais, das quais 430 foram comercializadas por meio do Entrada Garantida – modalidade do programa habitacional que está prestes a alcançar a marca de 10 mil famílias beneficiadas.
“O Residencial Parque Recife é um empreendimento de 500 unidades habitacionais, e deste total 430 foram vendidas com o apoio do Entrada Garantida, a modalidade do Morar Bem PE que oferece uma entrada de até R$ 20 mil, paga pelo Governo do Estado para pessoas, prioritariamente mulheres, que queiram comprar a sua casa própria. Ele foi pensado pela governadora Raquel Lyra exatamente para mães como Cláudia, que podem pagar a parcela mensal, mas não têm o dinheiro da entrada. Hoje, o direito à moradia é uma realidade na vida de milhares de famílias pernambucanas”, destacou a governadora em exercício Priscila Krause.
Para Cláudia Barrozo, o sonho da moradia própria era bastante antigo e se tornou uma preocupação a partir do nascimento do seu filho, que é uma criança com transtorno do espectro autista (TEA). “Quando fui pesquisar sobre imóveis, vi que podia comprar minha casa por meio do Morar Bem PE. Sem o programa eu não teria conseguido, porque nunca consegui juntar o valor da entrada, pois meu dinheiro sempre estava contadinho para as despesas mensais. Então posso dizer que essa iniciativa foi essencial para a realização do meu sonho”, disse ela, que recentemente passou em dois concursos públicos.
No Recife, assim como Claudia, mais de 2 mil pessoas já compraram seus imóveis em 13 empreendimentos cadastrados no programa. Em todo o Estado, já são mais de 80 mil pernambucanos inscritos no Morar Bem PE – Entrada Garantida, iniciativa que faz parte do compromisso do Governo de Pernambuco de reduzir o déficit habitacional e promover a inclusão social para pessoas que podem pagar pelo financiamento, mas precisam de ajuda na entrada.
O Morar Bem PE é realizado em parceria com o programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida, do Governo Federal, por meio da Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), que faz a avaliação técnica e financeira dos empreendimentos. Com o subsídio de R$ 20 mil fornecido pelo Morar Bem PE, famílias com renda de até dois salários mínimos podem dar entrada no financiamento de apartamentos com valor de mercado de até R$ 220 mil. A CEF também oferece a essas pessoas subsídios de até R$ 55 mil na aquisição da moradia própria.
“A ação do Morar Bem PE no suporte à aquisição dos 430 apartamentos no Residencial Parque Recife representa R$ 8,6 milhões investidos pelo Governo de Pernambuco. Este auxílio é fundamental porque o valor da entrada era o que impedia famílias como a de Cláudia a ter acesso a um lugar para morar, num residencial feito com muito zelo e cuidado, com área verde bastante ampla, o que faz dele um equipamento de moradia e de lazer de qualidade”, disse o presidente da Companhia Estadual de Habitação e Obras do Estado (Cehab), Paulo Lira.
Segundo o gerente de Negócios da Construtora Tenda, Túllio Tenório, na construção deste empreendimento foram gerados 150 empregos diretamente, e de forma indireta aproximadamente 80. Em cada apartamento moram em torno de três pessoas, o que dá uma média de 1500 pessoas impactadas pelo Morar Bem PE só neste empreendimento. “Hoje, há mais quatro residenciais em construção no Recife pelo programa, e iremos iniciar um novo empreendimento em Paulista, o que totaliza aproximadamente 1500 unidades a serem ofertadas pelo Governo de Pernambuco”, ressaltou.
