A acirrada disputa em São Lourenço da Mata 

Com cerca de 80 mil eleitores, o município de São Lourenço da Mata, na Região Metropolitana do Recife, se alterna entre duas famílias, Labanca e Pereira no comando da prefeitura por muitos anos. Em 2015 com a renúncia de Ettore Labanca para ser presidente da Arpe, o vice-prefeito Gino Albanez assumiu o cargo e foi para a reeleição, porém acabou derrotado por Bruno Pereira, filho do ex-prefeito Jairo Pereira, principal adversário de Ettore.

Nas eleições de 2016, Bruno obteve cerca de 53% dos votos válidos contra 40% de Gino, e assumiu a prefeitura. Tão logo assumiu, Bruno acabou sendo afastado pela Justiça por supostas irregularidades, dando vez ao vice-prefeito Dr. Gabriel Neto, que ficou poucos meses no cargo e fez uma gestão apagadíssima. O afastamento do prefeito com o vice se deu tão logo assumiram seus respectivos cargos, o vice alegou que Jairo Pereira era quem efetivamente mandava na prefeitura e por isso rompeu com a gestão.

No ano passado, Ettore Labanca acabou falecendo, antes Vinicius, seu filho, havia perdido o mandato de deputado estadual. Com este cenário, Vinicius tornou-se o candidato natural a enfrentar Bruno Pereira, e recebeu o reforço do vice-prefeito Dr. Gabriel Neto que anunciou o apoio a sua postulação. Vinicius oficializou a entrada no PSB e terá o apoio irrestrito do Palácio do Campo das Princesas e do presidente da Alepe, deputado Eriberto Medeiros, para enfrentar Bruno Pereira, que conta com o apoio do deputado estadual Guilherme Uchoa Júnior. A disputa tende a ser bastante acirrada, e Vinicius chega com boas chances para enfrentar o poderio da máquina de Bruno Pereira.

Adiamento 1 – Ministros do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) já cogitam adiar as eleições para dezembro. “Na hipótese de adiamento, deve ser pelo período mínimo necessário. Estamos falando de semanas, talvez dezembro”, disse Luís Roberto Barroso, que vai presidir o TSE a partir de maio. Barroso rejeita unificar as eleições. “A ideia de prorrogação de mandatos até 2022 não me parece boa. Do ponto de vista da democracia, a prorrogação frauda o mandato dado pelo eleitor, que era de quatro anos”, diz o ministro.

Adiamento 2 – No STF, a ministra Rosa Weber negou o pedido de liminar do partido Progressistas, que queria suspender o prazo de filiação partidária devido ao coronavírus. Assim, quem quiser disputar as eleições em outubro, tem que garantir a filiação até hoje (4).

Gigante – O ministro da Saúde, Luiz Henrique Mandetta, tem crescido de forma significativa perante a população brasileira. A aprovação do ministro beira os 80% de acordo com pesquisa Datafolha divulgada ontem. Seu trabalho tem sido irretocável.
