Patrícia Domingos descarta ser candidata a vice em novembro
A delegada Patrícia Domingos, pré-candidata a prefeita do Recife pelo Podemos, vez por outra tem seu nome aventado pelos colegas oposicionistas para ser candidata a vereadora ou a vice-prefeita do Recife. A primeira opção é juridicamente impossível, uma vez que sua desincompatibilização se deu após o prazo para candidatos proporcionais.
A opção de ser candidata a vice-prefeita, sonhada por alguns apoiadores de Daniel Coelho e Mendonça Filho, dois nomes importantes no campo oposicionista e pré-candidatos a prefeito, foi sumariamente descartada pela delegada, que fez a seguinte afirmação: “Não cogito ser vice de ninguém”.
O posicionamento da postulante do Podemos já era esperado, uma vez que mesmo sem nunca ter disputado qualquer eleição, já figura em condição de empate ou até à frente dos principais nomes da oposição, é importante ressaltar que ela tem a menor rejeição dentre os pré-candidatos e o maior grau de desconhecimento, o que consequentemente a coloca na condição de crescer durante a eleição conforme se torne mais conhecida do eleitorado.
Patrícia Domingos deverá ser mesmo candidata, uma vez que, diferentemente de todos os seus adversários, não tem absolutamente nada a perder durante o processo eleitoral, muito pelo contrário, ela pode até não virar prefeita do Recife, uma vez que a empreitada não é tarefa das mais fáceis, mas pode se tornar uma importante voz da oposição e se projetar para pleitos futuros caso tenha uma votação minimamente razoável em novembro, algo como 10% dos votos válidos.
Desgaste – Apesar de Jair Bolsonaro apresentar redução tímida da sua rejeição no âmbito nacional, no Recife pesquisas atestam que o presidente ostenta índices bastante negativos, o que na ótica de adversários do presidente, poderá prejudicar nomes que queiram se associar ao chefe do Planalto.
Peitou – O presidente do Senado, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP), barrou a entrada da Polícia Federal para fazer uma busca e apreensão no gabinete do senador José Serra (PSDB-SP). Em questão de horas, Alcolumbre entrou com uma reclamação no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e obteve uma liminar do presidente da Corte, Dias Toffoli, para barrar a busca autorizada por um juiz de primeira instância. A Polícia Federal queria investigar suspeita de caixa dois eleitoral e lavagem de dinheiro, em um desdobramento da Lava Jato.
600 reais – O Ministério Público Federal (MPF) e a Polícia Federal (PF) anunciaram que atuarão conjuntamente sobre o grande número de fraudes no auxílio emergencial de 600 reais. A definição da estratégia ocorreu em reunião realizada na última sexta (17). Quem recebeu o auxílio indevidamente poderá responder criminalmente na Justiça Federal.
Pardal – O aplicativo Pardal da Justiça Eleitoral, para o recebimento de denúncias, ganhará nova versão para as eleições deste ano. A ferramenta será utilizada para irregularidades na propaganda eleitoral. As denúncias serão enviadas diretamente aos juízes eleitorais, que poderão, por exemplo, determinar ao oficial de justiça checar a existência da propaganda ilícita e exigir sua retirada.
Inocente quer saber – A oposição isolará Patrícia Domingos como se comenta nas coxias?
Duas notas: como que uma neófita na politica como a delegada Patricia não aceita acordo? Começa mal. ; nunca vi tantas fraudes no pagamento de um auxílio emergencial. Caso fosse num governo do PT o mundo já tinha vindo abaixo. Caixa e Dataprev devem muitas explicações ao Brasil.
Diante das afirmações do Conselheiro Carlos Porto do TCE nas Mídias e Redes Sociais de hoje sobre o comportamento “Autoritário, Arrogante e Criminoso do Prefeito Geraldo Júlio e sua Gestão” , inclusive tentando intervir, via “Conselheiros, indicados por eles e que fazem parte do núcleo de Confiança Familiar, Política do PSB e alhures” para que votassem a favor de seus “atos ” , e, na continuidade do “mar de ameaças e agressivas palavras, coincidentemente, por parte de pessoas ligadas a esse Grupo Político e que são Conselheiros, para com a Procuradora do Ministério Público de Contas Germana Laureano no Pleno daquela Corte , o Povo de Bem de Pernambuco solicita que a Justiça Estadual de Pernambuco e o MPE, juntamente com o MPF e Justiça Federal Intervenham nesses casos e situações, pois para quem conhece de Leis e do Ordenamento Jurídico Administrativo essa Corte já se torna “Suspeita” para Fiscalizar e Analisar as Contas Públicas do Estado e Prefeituras, principalmente daquelas Contas que tenham Ligações Pessoais, Familiares, Ideológicas e Financeiras com o “Grupo Político que governa o Estado e PCR que tem no PSB, PCB e PT e Partidos Aliados como seus Gestores, Mentores, Pensadores, e Tutores de Atos, Fatos, Pensamentos e Ações Administrativas com esses interesses que já sofrem Fiscalização da Justiça Federal !
