Feitosa propõe Lei que obriga exame cardíaco em pessoas a partir de 12 anos

Esta semana, a morte de uma mulher de 55 anos e de um homem de 52 anos, enquanto faziam exercícios em academias, na Região Metropolitana do Recife, trouxe novamente um alerta.

Preocupado com essas ocorrências, o deputado estadual Coronel Alberto Feitosa fez um Projeto de Lei que torna obrigatória a realização de exame cardíaco em pessoas a partir dos 12 anos de idade, antes do início de atividades físicas em clubes, escolinhas de futebol, academias e demais entidades esportivas no Estado de Pernambuco.

Atualmente não há uma Lei em vigor que obrigue isso.

Pelo Projeto de Lei 2835/2025 apresentado por Feitosa, as instituições que não cumprirem receberão inicialmente uma advertência podendo até chegar a multa de 5 salários mínimos que pode dobrar caso haja reincidência. “Tornando-se Lei essa iniciativa preserva a saúde dos atletas e respalda as instituições a exigirem o exame. É bom para todos.”, reforçou Feitosa
