A Desembargadora Relatora KARINA ALBUQUERQUE ARAGAO DE AMORIM, deferiu o Pedido Liminar da Coligação Unidos por Custódia, para que a Representada Luciara Frazao de Lima, retirasse de suas rede sociais vídeos de propaganda negativa, ofensivas a honra do então prefeito do Município Sr Emanuel de Freitas Góis, Manuca de Zé do Povo.
Ao deferir o pedido liminar entendeu a Relatora que a veiculação de propaganda negativa, com vídeos editados e fora de contexto, contribuem com a desinformação e disseminação de “Fake News”. Citada e intimada da determinação, a Representada Luciara Frazao de Lima, retirou o vídeo de suas redes sociais.
