TRE multa Izaías Régis por divulgar Fake News contra Sivaldo Albino

Fake News sobre suposto nepotismo foi publicada no blog de Carlos Eugênio. PSB conseguiu vitória na justiça contra o ex-prefeito

O ex-prefeito Izaías Régis tem atacado o prefeito Sivaldo Albino, acusando-o de nepotismo. Em fevereiro, em matéria publicada em diversos meios de comunicação, o ex-prefeito voltou a atacar: “Temos em Garanhuns o maior nepotismo da história, diz Izaías ao acusar Sivaldo de gastar R$ 3,5 milhões por ano com salários de familiares”. A matéria traz um punhado de informações difamatórias e inverídicas a respeito do atual prefeito do município e pré-candidato à reeleição. A Fake News teve grande visibilidade no perfil do jornalista e também do próprio Izaías Régis, o que levou ao Partido Socialista Brasileiro, por sua comissão provisória em Garanhuns, a buscar a justiça para a verdade dos fatos e punição ao ex-prefeito criador de Fake News, que usa do expediente com a finalidade de obter vantagem nas eleições deste ano.

Em nova decisão sobre recurso, o Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE-PE), em seu colegiado, e por unanimidade, condenou nesta quinta-feira (08/08) Izaías Régis a uma pena pecuniária de R$ 10 mil, por criar e espalhar a Fake News contra Sivaldo Albino.

Vale ressaltar que a lei não proíbe a indicação de familiares para o secretariado de uma gestão, e que os salários fazem jus ao seus trabalhos, como são os casos de Sandra Albino e Fá Albino, que são reconhecidamente pessoas que honram a gestão pública com muito trabalho e resultados.

Na falta de propostas para Garanhuns, o ex-prefeito Izaías Régis ataca o gestor, sua família e ocupa a justiça pernambucana com ações inócuas, apenas para gerar repercussão pública e buscar dividendos eleitorais com suas atitudes.
