No dia em que Tamandaré comemorou 30 anos de emancipação política, o ministro de Lula, Silvio Costa Filho, e a ex-deputada federal, Marília Arraes, estiveram, neste domingo, no município para acompanhar as festividades no município ao lado do prefeito Carrapicho e inaugurar a Casa do Cidadão.
Na ocasião, Costa Filho também recebeu o título de cidadão tamandareense, em cerimônia realizada na Câmara Municipal. A honraria, concedida por unanimidade, é de autoria do vereador Saniel Mendonça e reconhece o trabalho do ministro Silvio pelo desenvolvimento da cidade e da região.
Nos últimos anos, Silvio Costa Filho tem sido um dos principais articuladores de investimentos para Tamandaré. Em parceria com Carrapicho, que faz uma grande gestão, o município vive um ciclo de desenvolvimento econômico e social, com obras estruturantes, melhorias na infraestrutura e apoio a programas sociais.
Para o vereador Saniel Mendonça, autor da proposta, o título é uma justa homenagem pelo grande trabalho de Silvio.
_“Silvio Costa Filho tem sido um parceiro incansável de Tamandaré e de toda a região. Seu trabalho, ao lado do prefeito Carrapicho e do presidente Lula, vem garantindo obras, investimentos e oportunidades que transformam a vida do nosso povo”, destacou Saniel._
Durante a solenidade, Silvio agradeceu a homenagem e reforçou seu compromisso com o município.
_“Receber este título é motivo de orgulho e aumenta minha responsabilidade de continuar trabalhando para que Tamandaré siga avançando, gerando emprego, renda e qualidade de vida para sua população”, afirmou o ministro._
A solenidade contou com a presença de autoridades locais, lideranças políticas e representantes da sociedade civil, que ressaltaram a importância da atuação de Silvio Costa Filho no fortalecimento da região.
O deputado estadual Homero Sales Filho e o pré-candidato a deputado federal Carlos Costa também prestigiaram o evento.
