A prefeita de Olinda, Mirella Almeida (PSD), afirmou em entrevista, na tarde desta segunda-feira (06/01), que a obra do Canal do Fragoso vem tendo o andamento que a população tanto esperava. A gestora destacou a ação compartilhada entre os Governos Federal, Estadual e Municipal para que o serviço tenha celeridade.
“A obra do Fragoso é de recurso federal, gestão estadual e acompanhamento municipal. A gente tem os três entes participando integralmente da execução da obra. Hoje, é fato, que não há nenhum período em que a obra tenha andado tanto como está andando agora”, comentou Mirella.
Ao tratar sobre áreas limítrofes, Mirella citou que as ações integradas entre as cidades são fundamentais. “As parcerias com os municípios precisam existir para melhorar a vida das pessoas. Serviços como o recolhimento do lixo, o atendimento no posto de saúde, o acesso às escolas e aos CRAS devem ser sempre garantidos. Nem que a demanda seja dividida, mas precisa ser assumida”, avaliou.
Mirella também falou da necessidade das ações da Prefeitura terem o objetivo de preparar o município para o futuro. “A gente só deixa a cidade pronta para a próxima geração se começar a olhar agora”, afirmou.
