O ministro de Portos e Aeroportos, Silvio Costa Filho, e o secretário nacional de Aviação, Tomé Franca, asseguraram, junto à empresa Latam, nesta terça-feira (11), uma operação emergencial para que clientes da Voepass que adquiriram passagens para a Fernando de Noronha consigam entrar e sair do arquipélago. Desde a madrugada, Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (Anac) suspendeu a operação da Voepass por violação das normas de segurança.
Para garantir a operação, o aeroporto de Nororonha terá autorização da Anac para pousos de jatos. “Com esta autorização, a Latam vai colocar um jato para levar os passageiros que tinham comprado voos pela Latam em codeshare com a Voepass e ficaram sem poder viajar com a suspensão da autorização dessa última. Estamos trabalhando dia e noite para minimizar os prejuízos”, explica Silvio Costa Filho.
“O ministério tem trabalhado para a homologação da pista de Fernando de Noronha; para que passe a receber jatos, possibilitando que outras companhias aéreas possam comercializar voos para ilha”, pontuou o ministro Silvio
O terminal aeroportuário de Noronha recebeu um investimento de R$ 60 milhões nas obras de recuperação da pista, como a reabilitação do pátio de aeronaves e das pistas de pouso e taxiamento. As intervenções foram executadas em parceria com o Governo de Pernambuco.
SUSPENSÃO – Já decisão da Anac de suspender as operação da Voepass começou a valer de madrugada, quando a agência divulgou uma nota. O texto diz que a punição se deve à “incapacidade da Voepass em solucionar irregularidades identificadas durante a supervisão realizada pela agência” e também por violação de normas de segurança.
