Justiça Eleitoral libera divulgação de pesquisa DataTrends em Triunfo

A 067ª Zona Eleitoral de Flores revogou a decisão liminar que havia suspendido a divulgação da pesquisa do Instituto DataTrends n° PE-05749/2024 realizada em Triunfo, no Sertão do Pajeú.

A ação pela suspensão da pesquisa foi movida pelo PSDB, alegando que o Instituto havia deixado de detalhar em cada setor censitário o quantitativo de eleitores nos locais selecionados como amostra.

O Instituto, no entanto, informa que, além de detalhar na defesa quanto a esta questão, também se acostou justificativa técnica do estatístico responsável. Neste sentido, foi afastada a suposta irregularidade apontada pela parte representante, como atesta a decisão judicial desta sexta-feira (19).

“Quanto à pesquisa eleitoral em questão (PE-05749/2024), ID 122210634, foram indicados os bairros nos quais a pesquisa foi efetivada, conforme consta no ID 122210640, sendo preenchido o requisito previsto no inciso I, §7º, art. 2º da Resolução 23.727/2024. Conforme destacado acima, a referida resolução editada pelo TSE, em observância ao seu Poder Normativo, é clara ao dispor pela imprescindibilidade de complementação, nas eleições municipais, dos bairros abrangidos pela pesquisa ou, na ausência de delimitação do bairro, da área em que foi realizada, ou seja, dos setores censitários. No caso analisado, o representado indicou todos os bairros abrangidos pela pesquisa atacada, formando assim o setor censitário, ou seja, a unidade territorial de coleta e divulgação de dados estatísticos”.

A pesquisa foi divulgada pelo pool de blogs composto por Alberes Xavier, Carlos Eugênio, Edmar Lyra, Edenevaldo Alves, FalaPE, Finfa, Giro Mata Norte, Silvinho, Roberto Gonçalves, Pernambuco Urgente e Bocão.
