Indústria confiante com a economia do Estado

Um dos principais motores da cadeia produtiva, o setor industrial está otimista com os rumos da economia de Pernambuco. É o que apontam os últimos levantamentos do observatório da indústria elaborado pelo Senai. De acordo com os dados, o Índice de Confiança do Empresário Industrial (ICEI) só fez crescer nos últimos quatros meses, sobretudo, quando comparado com a satisfação do empresariado nacional. Numa escala de 0 a 100 pontos, em outubro, a confiança do empresariado industrial pernambucano atingiu a marca de 58,10 pontos, enquanto a confiança com a indústria nacional marcou 53,20 pontos. Em setembro, a confiança chegou a 57,3 pontos, ante os 53,3 do Brasil.

No estado, analisando a confiança do empresário industrial por porte, os relacionados às indústrias de médio porte demonstraram maior confiança, foram 63,4 pontos, o maior valor desde setembro de 2012. Em agosto e julho, o nível no estado chegou a 53,8 e 54,7, respectivamente; enquanto o Brasil atingiu 51,7 e 50,1. Vale ressaltar que a escala acima de 50 pontos indica estado de satisfação. O bom nível de confiança do empresário de Pernambuco também é acompanhado pelo crescimento do setor nos últimos 12 meses de 3,1%, contra 2,2% no Brasil, impulsionando a geração de empregos em agosto e setembro.

De acordo com o secretário de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Guilherme Cavalcanti, a satisfação do meio empresarial, sobretudo, da indústria de médio e pequeno porte, deve-se ao bom ambiente de negócios que o Governo de Pernambuco tem proporcionado. “O empresário de médio porte é aquele que sente mais na sua pele, assim como o de pequeno porte também, a ação do Governo com os investimentos que nós estamos fazendo como em infraestrutura na recuperação de estrada, expansão da rede de gás. Mudanças que estamos fazendo no ambiente fiscal. Ou seja, regras tributárias que antes atrapalhavam muito o setor industrial e que agora estamos mudando e destravando para que os investimentos daquelas empresas, que já empreendem aqui em Pernambuco, possam crescer. Naturalmente, isso vem numa jornada de crescimento. Cresce a indústria, cresce a economia como um todo e o otimismo e confiança nesse crescimento ele vai se renovando”, avaliou.

No entendimento de Cavalcanti, o Governo do Estado tem feito sua parte com escutas sofisticadas para entender a demanda do setor empresarial e pôr em prática as políticas públicas que de fato têm transformado a economia de Pernambuco. “É essa união que faz com que estejamos numa crescente no ambiente de confiança no estado”, complementou. Desde o início da gestão, o governo Raquel Lyra tem adotado diversas medidas econômicas para melhorar o ambiente de negócios em todos os setores, o que tem proporcionado a atração de novos investimentos e geração de mais empregos. Vale ressaltar, a ampliação dos incentivos fiscais por meio do Prodepe e Proind, o fim gradativo da cobrança do Fundo Estadual do Equilíbrio Fiscal, além dos programas Descomplica PE e Dívida Zero.

PRODUÇÃO INDUSTRIAL EM ALTA
A produção industrial em Pernambuco cresceu 3,4% em agosto/24 em relação a agosto/23, segundo dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). Trata-se da segunda variação positiva consecutiva. O desempenho da indústria pernambucana foi melhor que o da indústria brasileira no geral, com destaque para a “Fabricação de produtos químicos” (22,3%) e “Fabricação de produtos de borracha e de material plástico” (16,7%). No Brasil, a variação em agosto de 2024 em relação a agosto de 2023 foi de 2,2%, sendo a terceira variação positiva em sequência. As principais influências na produção brasileira foram “Fabricação de veículos automotores, reboques e carrocerias” (12,6%) e “Fabricação de produtos químicos” (5,6%).
