Eduardo Bolsonaro critica decisão de Moraes sobre ida de seu pai à posse de Trump

O deputado federal Eduardo Bolsonaro(PL-SP) manifestou sua discordância em relação à decisão do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal). O magistrado solicitou ao ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro a comprovação do recebimento do convite para a posse de Donald Trump, presidente eleito dos Estados Unidos, como condição para a devolução de seu passaporte. Essa exigência gerou um impasse, uma vez que o ministro pediu mais informações aos advogados de Bolsonaro, que confirmaram que responderão aos questionamentos do STF, incluindo a apresentação do convite formal.

Eduardo Bolsonaro argumentou que o convite foi feito por e-mail, o que, segundo ele, já constitui a formalidade necessária nos Estados Unidos, onde prevalece a boa-fé do declarante. Ele destacou que a equipe do cerimonial americano estaria insatisfeita com a exposição do endereço de e-mail utilizado para o convite. Moraes descreveu o endereço como “não identificado”, mas Eduardo explicou que se trata de uma plataforma onde está hospedado o site da cerimônia, contendo detalhes como data e horário do evento.

Os aliados de Jair Bolsonaro e seu filho acreditam que o STF está tentando dificultar a viagem do ex-presidente. O e-mail, que começa com “t47”, seria uma referência ao número de posse. A situação gerou repercussão nas redes sociais, mas a defesa de Jair Bolsonaro assegura que o documento será formalizado e enviado ao STF. Alexandre de Moraes analisará o caso ao longo da semana, enquanto o ex-presidente planeja viajar para os Estados Unidos entre os dias 17 e 22.

Eduardo Bolsonaro afirmou que seu pai não tem intenção de fugir do país, citando uma viagem recente à Argentina como exemplo de seu compromisso em retornar. A expectativa é que o tribunal se pronuncie em breve, esclarecendo se as condições impostas para a devolução do passaporte serão mantidas ou se haverá alguma flexibilização.
