Dentre as políticas públicas citadas pela gestora no evento promovido pelo MMulheres, em Brasília, foram destacadas o Mães de Pernambuco e o Morar Bem Pernambuco.
Durante encontro com prefeitas, vice-prefeitas e lideranças femininas de todo o Brasil, nesta quarta-feira (12), em Brasília, a governadora Raquel Lyra destacou a importância de mais mulheres em espaços de poder e na participação das decisões do país. Na ocasião, a gestora também apresentou iniciativas do governo estadual voltadas para as pernambucanas, como o Mães de Pernambuco e o Morar Bem Pernambuco. Promovido pelo Ministério das Mulheres (MMulheres), o Encontro Nacional de Prefeitas, Vice-Prefeitas e Gestoras Municipais reuniu mulheres em torno de temas como o enfrentamento à violência, autonomia econômica e participação feminina na administração pública.
“Para quem não compreende a nossa forma de agir e pensar, é muito difícil conseguir lidar com mulheres ocupando espaços de poder. Mas a grande importância disso tudo é podermos trazer para estes locais a forma da mulher de ver o mundo. No sábado passado, tive a oportunidade de entregar 235 casas e conhecer Vitória, mãe de Nicolas, uma criança de 7 anos com autismo. Ela conseguiu comprar sua casa através do Morar Bem, um programa do nosso governo que, em parceria com Minha Casa Minha Vida, paga o valor da entrada do financiamento junto à Caixa Econômica Federal. A gente já entregou cerca de 8 mil casas assim”, destacou a governadora Raquel Lyra.
Maior programa de enfrentamento ao déficit habitacional da história do Estado, o Morar Bem Pernambuco tem as mulheres como maioria das beneficiadas. Cerca de 67% dos beneficiários da modalidade Entrada Garantida, por exemplo, têm mulheres como chefes de famílias. Outras iniciativas do Governo do Estado direcionadas para a população feminina é o Mães de Pernambuco, programa de transferência de renda (R$ 300 por mês) voltado para pernambucanas em situação de vulnerabilidade social.
Há também ações como o Bora Empreender Mulher, que tem como finalidade fomentar a formalização dos empreendimentos e ampliar o acesso aos serviços de apoio às empreendedoras. Além disso, existem os Centros de Qualificação Profissional da Mulher, com unidades do Recife, Caruaru e Igarassu, para que elas possam se qualificar, receber orientação profissional e ser encaminhadas para o mercado de trabalho.
Também estiveram presentes no encontro a ministra das Mulheres, Cida Gonçalves; a ministra do Planejamento e Orçamento, Simone Tebet; a ministra da Gestão e Inovação em Serviços Públicos, Esther Dweck; a ministra dos Direitos Humanos e Cidadania, Macaé Evaristo; a ministra da Igualdade Racial, Anielle Franco; a ministra dos Povos Indígenas, Sônia Guajajara; a governadora do Rio Grande do Norte, Fátima Bezerra; a deputada federal e coordenadora-geral dos Direitos da Mulher da Secretaria da Mulher da Câmara Federal, Benedita da Silva; além de prefeitas e vice-prefeitas de todo o Brasil.
REUNIÃO COM PREFEITOS – Dando continuidade ao encontro com prefeitos em Brasília, a governadora Raquel Lyra recebeu, no Escritório de Representação de Pernambuco em Brasília, gestores municipais de todas as regiões do Estado, que receberam apoio técnico para conseguirem captar mais recursos para suas cidades. Participaram da ocasião as prefeitas Dinha Mororó, de Terra Nova; e Talita de Doda, de Camutanga; e os prefeitos Xicão Tavares, de Verdejantes; Fabinho Lisandro, de Salgueiro; Fredson Brito, de São José do Egito; Dr. Pedro Alves, de Iguaracy; e Cacique Marcos, de Pesqueira.
