Após receber denúncias de moradores da Rua Samuel Campelo, em Cascata – Santo Aleixo, Jaboatão dos Guararapes sobre a situação de risco e de pavor em que estão vivendo, a deputada federal e pré-candidata a prefeita de Jaboatão, Clarissa Tércio ( PP), fez questão de ir à localidade pessoalmente.
Ao lado do pré-candidato a vereador de Jaboatão, Marcelo Custódio (PP), Clarissa ouviu relatos dos moradores, que alegam que desde as últimas fortes chuvas, em maio de 2022, sofrem com um buraco que praticamente engoliu a rua e se agravou após o transbordamento do Rio Jaboatão e até então, só escutam promessas da gestão de se resolver, mas até agora, nada foi feito.
Na mesma localidade, outro problema relatado e que apavora a população local é uma barreira que já deslizou há dois anos e apresenta risco de deslizamento com a chegada do período de chuvas.
“ A verdade é que os moradores de Cascata, em Jaboatão estão cercados de perigos e cansados de tantas promessas da Prefeitura, que como sempre, afirma ter um projeto, mas esse projeto não sai do papel e os moradores de Cascata, não sabem mais o que é dormir em paz.
Infelizmente a situação é de total abandono, descaso do poder público. Os moradores estão apavorados, com medo, que nova tragédia aconteça e cansados de tantas promessas.
As preocupações crescem, os riscos também e a revolta só aumenta! Jaboatão é a quarta cidade do Brasil com mais moradores em áreas de risco! Providências urgentes precisam ser adotadas. Nosso povo merece ser tratado com respeito”, afirmou Clarissa Tércio.
