Foi encerrada nesta terça-feira, dia 04, a edição deste ano do Carnaval de Jaboatão dos Guararapes. O evento foi aberto na sexta-feira, dia 28 de fevereiro e reuniu uma verdadeira multidão, que se dividiu entre os três polos fixos da festa, que ficaram em Jaboatão Centro (Casa da Cultura), no Parque da Cidade (Prazeres) e nas Praias (Piedade). A festa também aconteceu em oito polos itinerantes, espalhados pelos quatro cantos da cidade.
Segundo o prefeito Mano Medeiros o Carnaval 2025 em Jaboatão atraiu um público estimado em mais de 215 mil pessoas, que geraram a injeção de mais de 52 milhões de reais na economia local. “Além de ser um momento de descontração e lazer para as pessoas, o Carnaval é muito importante para o empreendedor e para a economia do município. A população do Jaboatão não precisou ir às cidades vizinhas, as pessoas puderam aproveitar a festa perto de casa, potencializando a economia local”, disse o prefeito Mano Medeiros a equipe de reportagem do Blog do Alberes Xavier e a Rede Pernambuco de Rádios.
Mano se consolida como um dos gestores mais eficientes e inteligentes de Jaboatão dos Guararapes, cidade vista como peça fundamental no tabuleiro político e na cena econômica de Pernambuco.
